You may access your test on the platform for at least 1 year following the delivery of your results. If you are unable to access your tests on the platform, contact Simple HealthKit customer service (https://www.simplehealthkit.com/contact/)  to determine if your test results can be retrieved. Some test results are retained by Simple HealthKit for regulatory compliance purposes and may be accessible following the 1 year on the platform.
