How do I return the Sexual Wellness Test?
Return your sample to our lab by following the instructions below:
- Add specimen to biohazard bag and make sure it is sealed completely
- Place the biohazard bag in the pre-labeled envelope to get ready to ship your sample back to the SHK lab
- Drop off the envelope in your mailbox (if you know pick up hours) or at a USPS location indoors or at a drop box
- Make sure to drop off sample during USPS business hours to allow faster delivery to us
- Track your result by logging into your Simple HealthKit account
