Return your sample to our lab by following the instructions below:

1. Add specimen to biohazard bag and make sure it is sealed completely
2. Place the biohazard bag in the pre-labeled envelope to get ready to ship your sample back to the SHK lab
3. Drop off the envelope with the appropriate carrier
4. Track your result by logging into your Simple HealthKit account at app.simplehealthkit.com
