I already returned my test kit; why am I still getting asked to return a kit?

Once the return shipping label is scanned by the courier our system should know your kit is in transit and we should stop sending communications to you asking you to return your kit.  If you believe you’re getting these communications in error or wish them to stop there are a few options you have.  You can always reach out to customer support by phone, email or chat and they will help you or if you’re receiving texts or sms messages from us; you can reply “STOP” to these which will stop the notifications from being sent to you.  You will still receive critical notifications like test results from us even if you opt-out of marketing communications.
