What is your return & replacement policy for test kits?
If you purchased a kit from one of our retail partners please refer to their return policy.
If you received or purchased a test kit directly from Simple HealthKit:
Replacements
We have a 30-day replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement if the package is damaged. To request a replacement, you can contact us at help@simplehealthkit.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any replacement questions at help@simplehealthkit.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Please get in touch with us if you're having trouble with your kit - we're here to help.
Refunds
If you purchased a kit from one of our retail partners please refer to their return policy.
Refunds may be issued if you request a refund before your order has been processed or shipped.
If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
