What if I register my kit too late? For example, after my kit is already in the mail or has arrived at the laboratory?

You should register your kit as soon as you take your sample so that when you register your kit the time and date you input during the registration process and the time and date you write directly on the sample match.  You can still complete kit registration after you put the kit in the mail and before it arrives at our laboratory.  Once your kit arrives at our laboratory and if it is still not registered, there is a risk that your sample would be rejected and not processed without a refund.
