Do I have to take the test right away?

All test kits have ambient temperature range limitations and an expiration date attached to the testing kit. This means that you need to keep your test kit within the temperature range listed and complete the sample collection and processing at our lab before the expiration date listed on the kit. Typically it’s best practice to complete and ship back your sample shortly after you receive your kit.  Please take into account any lead-time required to receive and process your sample into the expiration date on your kit.  If you have any questions please reach out to customer support and they can provide answers to any outstanding questions you may have.
