What if I have questions about the directions; what should I do?

There are several resources you can use to help you collect your sample and mail it back to our laboratory.  In each kit, we include printed instructions on how to collect and return your sample, along with diagrams showing how to complete key steps.  We also have sample collection videos online once you sign into the secure online portal at https://app.simplehealthkit.com/ and register your test.  There you can watch a collection video which explains the process step-by-step.  You can also call, email or chat with customer support if you have any questions.
