How do I get my test results?

You can always access your test results directly by logging into our secure online portal at https://app.simplehealthkit.com/ after you create an account and register your kit (please note if you received your test from your healthplan it’s not necessary to create an account).  If you received your test kit from a healthcare provider you may receive your test results directly from your provider or from other means like a physical letter stating your test results.  You will also receive an email and text/sms notification when your test results are ready if you have not opt-ed out of those notification methods.  Finally, if you have an abnormal or positive result; a licensed medical professional from Simple HealthKit or your healthcare provider will call you and explain your result to you over the phone.
