How does Telehealth work; can anyone use it?
Simple HealthKit provides enhanced aftercare support only for abnormal or positive test results; which includes a consultation with a licensed medical professional. After collecting some additional information from our intake questionnaire along with your test results the medical professional will make a determination of what is the best personalized treatment option for your care. Depending on your condition and state you live in this may be an asynchronous “Async” (secure messaging/emailing with a licensed medical professional in your state) or synchronous “Sync” visit (real-time interactive video call with a licensed medical professional in your state).
