Return your sample to our lab by following the instructions below:

1. Place the biohazard bag in the pre-labeled envelope to get ready to ship your sample back to the SHK lab
2. Drop off the envelope in your mailbox or at a USPS location
3. Track your result by logging into your Simple HealthKit account
