I recently moved; will I still get my test results if I elected to receive notifications by mail?

A: We run all direct mailings through the National Change of Address (COA) to check if someone has moved recently.  If a forwarding address is found in the COA as per our policy we will mail to the new forwarding address.  If you have also elected for digital communications, you will also receive a text/SMS and email alert when your results are available for viewing on our secure portal https://app.simplehealthkit.com/.  If you have an abnormal result you will also receive a notification call from Simple HealthKit notifying you of your result and providing guidance on suggested next steps.
