How secure is your data?

Simple HealthKit is committed to improving the accessibility and affordability of health testing services to empower people to address their own health.  Customer information is only used within our lab for processing the sample which may include our lab, clinical and billing team, and partners (when applicable).  

For testing through an organization, based on the engagement, your organization might have access to your data. This information is available in the consent available to you during the patient registration process.  We maintain your data in a HIPAA-compliant environment and have appropriate safeguards to protect the information we collect through the services we provide.
