How do I register a new testing kit?
To begin registering, you will need
- Your test kit and your insurance information (If you are uninsured, select "No Insurance" or contact Simple HealthKit at help@simplehealthkit.com)
There are five steps for registering for your test:
- Entering kit details- Sample ID
- Providing patient information
- Answer screening questions
- Sample collection information
- Review the information and submit it!
For many organizations, the testing coordinators or testing administrators on-site will be assisting in the registration of a new testing kit.
